I’m a big believer in the importance of women empowering women. Since I started blogging, I must admit that I’ve reached out to quit a few bloggers. I’m extremely happy and positively surprised with the level of help that some women are ready to give. They’ve answered my questions, agreed to talk to me on the phone and given me precious pieces of advice.
I follow a lot of fashion bloggers on Instagram but I still managed to come up with a list of 10 of my favorite fashionistas that I look up to when it comes to blogging. In the process of defining your own style, it is often suggested to identify 3 to 5 fashion icons whose style you would love to have. People often think of celebrities (for me it will always be the one and only Olivia Palermo!) but fashion bloggers who have, over the past few years, established themselves as trendsetters are more and more considered like fashion icons. The 10 bloggers that I’m presenting to you today all have one thing in common: colorful wardrobes. My absolute happiness!

Our Frenchy – originally from Gabon – is one of my favorite African fashion aficionados. She lives and breathes African fashion and is 100% for the small designer trying to make a name for himself. On this list, Scheena is the only one that I would not qualify as a color addict. She goes for neutral tones and it suits her to the t.
